Terms And Conditions Of Sale:
All Products sold are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions.
Payment
a) Payment shall be made by the Customer within trading terms from date of Invoice in which the invoice is dated unless otherwise agreed in writing.
b) Interest may be charged on overdue amounts at the rate of 1.5% per month.
c) Legal costs for recovery of any over amounts will be recoverable as a debt due by the Customer.
d) Credit card payments incur a 2% surcharge.
Property
Property in and ownership of all products remains with Platinum Pets and will not pass to the customer untill all products and all other debts owing to Platinum pets have been paid in full.
Freight
a) Goods will be supplied ex Platinum Pets warehouse, unless otherwise agreed.
b) Goods will deem to have been delivered at the time they are loaded for transport.
Returns
The return of goods for credit account will only be accepted under the following circumstances;
a) All returns to be approved by Platinum Pets prior to return
b) Goods to be returned to Platinum Pets, freight paid within 7 days of approval
c) Goods must be in original packaging and original condition
d) Freight and delivery charges are not eligible for credit
e) Subject to a restocking fee
The following goods will not be accepted for credit;
a) Any product which has been manufactured or modified at the Customers request
b) Products that have been brought specifically for the Customer
c) Any product for which has been damaged or altered in any way
Price Disputes
Must be advised to Platinum Pets within 14 days of invoice date, or price is deemed acceptable.
